According to SI.com, the New England Patriots made three moves on Wednesday. The defensing AFC champions signed three free agents.
The Patriots acquired tight end Marcus Pollard, punter Scott Player and defensive lineman Kenny Smith. Pollard is entering his 14th season in the league. He has spent time with the Indianapolis Colts, Detroit Lions and Seattle Seahawks. Player spent few weeks with the Cleveland Browns last season after spending nine years with the Arizona Cardinals.
