Seattle Seahawks defensive end Rocky Bernard did not have a good day on Monday as he was arrested after a woman told police he hit her at a night club.

The woman has a relationship with the defensive end, as reported by Yahoo! Sports:

Bernard, 29, was arrested Monday and booked into the King County Jail for investigation of domestic violence assault, which is a misdemeanor.

According to the police report, the woman saw ex-boyfriend Bernard arguing with another woman. The victim then said Bernard approached her and hit her in the forehead with his closed fist, causing her head to hit a glass divider.

The woman, who has a child with Bernard, declined to be taken to a hospital.

Bernard was originally a fifth-round draft pick six years ago.
