BREAKING NEWS:
Gene Upshaw, who went from being a hard-nosed offensive lineman with the Oakland and Los Angeles Raiders to the head of the NFL Players Association has died at the age of 63. Upshaw had been battling pancreatic cancer. He was a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and an 11-time All-Pro. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1987.
