Pittsburgh was followed by Baltimore (5.9% avid, 8.2% loyal), Indianapolis (5.0% avid, 7.8% loyal), Denver (4.6% avid, 6.4% loyal), and Philadelphia (4.3% avid, 7.0% loyal).
